Our warehouse is ready to ship products to you fast! As one of Sydney's only dedicated E-Bike & E-Scooter suppliers, our products are sent directly from our Redfern Warehouse. That means faster shipping and less hassle!


All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from our warehouse in Redfern, Sydney.


Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer FREE Shipping Australia-wide for orders over $100.
Excludes WA, Regional Remote Areas And Islands.

We use various reputable shipping services depending on the location. 

While we try our best to ensure that shipments are delivered as fast as possible and use the best carriers available, some delieveries may have unexpected delays. In this case, please check your email confirmation for the tracking number and contact the shipping carrier for an update. If you are unable to find your tracking number, you can contact us.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


All prices are inclusive of 10% GST.

Please ensure that you keep the box/packaging for your product in case the item needs to be returned.


We currently do not ship outside Australia.

PedL will allow a return for store credit, exchange product or refund provided the item in question is

  • returned within 14 days of receiving the order
  • new and is not used, worn, or opened and has all original packaging and tags in-tact (including any package seals (if any) being unbroken);
  • in a resalable condition, and 
  • not damaged in any way

Freight charges on “change of mind” returns will be covered by the buyer. Pedl will charge a 10% restocking fee of the original purchase price for any item that is returned without a defect

We cannot accept return items that come in sealed packages or boxes where seals are damaged or broken

Transactional Costs

Due to the associated transactional costs from the use of Afterpay and Humm, any order cancelled using either payment method will attract a 6% processing fee. Swapping to another product with PedL will not attract any cancellation fee

All our E-Bikes and E-Scooters come with 12  months warranty on all electronic parts (including battery, motor, controller, display) and also 1-2 year warranty on the bike or scooter frame. 

Due to the nature of goods, PedL does not extend warranty past the original buyer.

Apart from manufacture defects that could be present, parts that wear due to normal use (such as tyres, brake pads, chains, etc) are not included in the warranty but maybe replaced on a case by case basis within the first 3 months.  

An outgoing goods inspection is always carried out before the goods are delivered, but we recommend that you inspect the delivered goods after you receive them. Should you notice any damage, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can discuss the next steps with you. 

If you notice any packaging and/or transport damage on delivery, we ask you to have this confirmed in writing by the carrier upon delivery and to notify us.  We recommend that you keep the damaged packaging as evidence wherever possible.
