Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy
Change of Mind Returns
Pedl may allow a return for store credit, exchange, or refund provided the item:

Is returned within 7 days of receiving the order

Is new, unused, not worn or opened
-
Has all original packaging, tags, and seals intact (including unbroken package seals where applicable)

Is in a fully resalable condition
-
Is not damaged in any way
We cannot accept returns for items where sealed packaging has been opened or seals have been broken.
Exclusions:

Chargers are exempt from our change of mind returns policy
-
Due to the nature of lithium batteries and chargers, we do not accept returns for change of mind or diagnostic purposes
However, if there is a genuine performance issue, we will assist with testing and provide a remedy where appropriate in accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Timeframes & Deposits

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery

Deposits are non-refundable after 14 days

If a pre-order is cancelled prior to fulfilment of the advised date and/or 7 days after the order is placed, this will be treated as a change of mind

A refund will not be offered
-
Store credit will be provided instead

Orders in Transit

Once an order has been dispatched, it is considered in transit

Refunds will not be processed while goods are in transit, including where a return-to-sender request has been made

Refunds are only processed once the item has been returned to and received at our warehouse
Shipping & Freight Costs

For all change of mind returns, freight costs are the responsibility of the buyer
-
Original shipping costs are non-refundable
-
For bulky items (including e-bikes and scooters, often 50kg+), shipping costs are incurred at dispatch and will be deducted from any refund
If an order is cancelled after dispatch:

It will be treated as a change of mind return
-
Both outbound and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund
Restocking Fee

A 10% restocking fee (based on the sale price) will apply to all approved change of mind returns
Transactional Costs
Due to third-party payment provider fees:

Orders paid via Afterpay or Humm that are cancelled will incur a 6% processing fee

This fee will be deducted from any refund
If you choose to swap to another product with Pedl, this fee will not apply
Delivery Timeframes

All delivery timeframes are estimates (ETAs) only
-
We do not guarantee delivery dates, especially for interstate deliveries (e.g. NSW to WA)
-
Once dispatched, delivery is handled by a third-party courier and is outside of our control
Refund Processing
Refunds will only be processed once:

The item has been returned to our warehouse, and
-
The item has been inspected and approved
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, less any applicable:

Shipping costs

Restocking fees
-
Transactional fees
