NCM has been building e-bikes since 2014, out of Hannover, Germany, with a reputation for solid German engineering at a more accessible price point than a lot of the premium end of the market. PedL carries a wide NCM range, from the NCM Moscow Plus electric mountain bike for off-road riding through to step-through trekking and commuter models like the T3S and T7S.
