    As of early 2023, NSW increased the legal continuous power output limit for e-bike motors from 250 watts to 500 watts. 

     

    Key Regulations for E-Bikes in NSW:

    • Motor Power Limit: E-bikes are permitted a maximum continuous rated power of up to 500 watts.

    The travel distance after a full charge on this e-Bike can vary from 40km to 80km.

    There are several factors that will affect how long the battery will last after a full charge.

    • All products that are shipped are checked by the manufacturer and by Pedl mechanics however it is important that all bolts and screws on products are checked and tightened during assembly and before embarking on your first ride. This is the responsibility of the rider and Pedl will not be liable for any injury caused by improper assembly which includes misalignment and bolts not being checked for the correct tightness.
    • It is the responsibility of the user to read and fully understand the literature provided by Pedl via email at sale for this product when purchased. This information includes, Battery care, Maintenance information and Warranty Information.
    • Range and speed of this product will vary based on variables such as weight, terrain, degree of incline, wind, battery age, battery charge, speed reached and all other variables that would affect travel.
