Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Pedl, we aim to dispatch your order as quickly and safely as possible. Our products are shipped directly from our warehouse in Sydney, allowing us to provide fast dispatch and reliable delivery throughout Australia.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days from the date your order is placed.
Before dispatch, many products undergo:
- Quality control inspections
- Assembly (where applicable)
- Safety checks
- Battery compliance checks
- Packaging and freight preparation
Products containing lithium-ion batteries are classified as Dangerous Goods by many freight carriers. As a result, additional handling procedures and specialised transport may be required, which can extend dispatch times by 24–96 hours.
During peak trading periods, including Christmas, major sales events and public holidays, processing times may be longer than usual.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on:
- Delivery location
- Product size and weight
- Freight requirements
Free Shipping
Pedl offers FREE standard shipping on eligible orders over $100 to most Australian metropolitan areas.
Free shipping excludes:
- Western Australia
- NT
- Tasmania
- Regional and remote locations
- Offshore islands
- Oversized or bulky freight items
- Products requiring specialised transport
Where additional freight charges apply, these will be displayed during checkout or communicated prior to dispatch.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched.
Typical delivery estimates are:

Electric bikes, electric scooters and products containing lithium-ion batteries may require transport via specialised freight services.
Accordingly, interstate deliveries of these products may reasonably take up to two weeks, depending on the destination and freight carrier.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Carriers
Pedl partners with a range of reputable Australian freight companies and courier services.
The carrier used will depend on factors including:
- Delivery location
- Product dimensions
- Dangerous Goods classification
- Freight availability
Once your order has been handed to the carrier, delivery timeframes are managed by the freight provider.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Tracking numbers generally become active within 24 hours of dispatch.
If you cannot locate your tracking information, please contact our Customer Service team and we will be happy to assist.
Delivery Delays
While Pedl works hard to dispatch orders promptly, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
- Severe weather
- Road closures
- Carrier network delays
- Public holidays
- High freight volumes
- Dangerous Goods transport requirements
Pedl is not liable for delays caused by third-party freight carriers once an order has been dispatched.
Authority to Leave
Where available, customers may authorise the freight carrier to leave a parcel in a safe location.
If Authority to Leave is selected:
- Responsibility for the parcel transfers once it has been delivered to the nominated location.
- Pedl cannot accept responsibility for loss, theft or damage occurring after delivery has been completed.
If no Authority to Leave has been provided, the carrier may require a signature or leave a collection card.
Damaged Deliveries
Please inspect your order as soon as possible after delivery.
If your order arrives damaged:
- Take clear photographs of the packaging and damaged product.
- Retain all original packaging.
- Contact Pedl as soon as reasonably possible at contact@pedl.com.au.
Retaining the original packaging is important, as the freight carrier may require it during their investigation.
Missing or Lost Deliveries
If your tracking indicates that your parcel has not arrived, please contact us promptly.
Pedl will work with the freight carrier to investigate the delivery.
Please note that investigations conducted by freight companies can take several business days to complete.
Click & Collect
Pedl offers free Click & Collect from our Redfern showroom.

Collection is generally available within 2–5 business days, depending on product availability and assembly requirements.
We recommend contacting the store before travelling to ensure your order is ready for collection.

International Shipping
Pedl currently ships within Australia only.
We do not currently offer international shipping.

All prices displayed on our website include 10% Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless otherwise stated.
