For safety, insurance, and legal compliance, all e-motorcycles purchased forin-store pickup must be professionally assembled by Pedlbefore handover.If you choose to have your e-motorcycle shipped to you, you must confirm at checkout that:
- You understand professional assembly by a qualified mechanic is required before use.
- You release Pedl from all liability for any injury, damage, or accident arising from improper assembly or setup.
By ticking the acknowledgment box at checkout, you agree that Pedl is not responsible for any incidents resulting from self-assembly or third-party assembly outside of Pedl.

- PedL will allow a return for store credit, exchange product or refund provided the item in question is returned within 7 days.
- All our E-Bikes and E-Scooters come with 12 months warranty on all electronic and mechanical parts (including battery, motor, controller, display, suspension, wheels) and also 1-2 year warranty on the bike or scooter frame.

- Please ensure that you keep the box/packaging for your product in case the item needs to be returned.

- All products that are shipped are checked by the manufacturer and by Pedl mechanics however it is important that all bolts and screws on products are checked and tightened during assembly and before embarking on your first ride. This is the responsibility of the rider and Pedl will not be liable for any injury caused by improper assembly which includes misalignment and bolts not being checked for the correct tightness.
- It is the responsibility of the user to read and fully understand the literature provided by Pedl via email at sale for this product when purchased. This information includes, Battery care, Maintenance information and Warranty Information.
- Range and speed of this product will vary based on variables such as weight, terrain, degree of incline, wind, battery age, battery charge, speed reached and all other variables that would affect travel.
- Pedl advertises and sells its products for the purpose of recreational use. Each state and territory in Australia maintains a different set of rules and regulations for the usage of our products. It is the responsibility of users to ride with caution, wear a helmet and protective gear during use, and ensure compliance with local by-laws including requirements of use. Any information or representation provided by Pedl is of a general nature and may vary between users depending on individual circumstances.
- Please note that while we ensure all our bikes are carefully assembled and inspected before shipment, some minor adjustments may still be required. It is not uncommon for gears to be slightly misaligned, brake discs to rub, mudguards to be misaligned, or other adjustments to be needed after assembly. These issues are typically due to the natural settling of components during shipping and are considered a normal part of the assembly process. As such, these adjustments are not covered under Pedl’s warranty.
For best performance, we recommend that you have your bike assembled or inspected by a professional bike technician.
