- Workshop locations: 136 Regent Street, Redfern or 2A Surf Rd, Cronulla NSW.
- Pick up and drop off is a transport service — the repair itself is quoted and booked separately once we've assessed the bike.
- Availability depends on our current pick-up schedule and your location.
- Final cost is confirmed once we've verified the distance to your address.
How far we travel, and what it costs
Our pricing is set by distance from the Pedl workshop, not by the job. The map below shows each zone — find yours and you'll know the cost before you even email us.

Prices shown are per leg (one-way). Book both a pick up and a drop-off and each leg is charged at the rate above. Distance is calculated from the Pedl workshop to your address. Repair and parts costs are separate — see our Book Repairs page.
How it works
You email us
Send us your details and what's wrong with the bike. We'll confirm your zone and quote the return trip.
We book a time
We'll lock in a pick-up window that suits you — home, office, wherever the bike's parked.
We fix it on the bench
Your bike gets the same workshop attention as any in-store job, with a call if we find anything unexpected.
We bring it home
Once it's ready, we drop it back to you — charged, tuned, and good to ride.
This service is a good fit if —
- Your bike is a cargo, trike, or long-tail build that won't fit in a standard car
- Your schedule doesn't stretch to a trip into Redfern or Cronulla during opening hours
- The fault means the bike shouldn't be ridden any distance
- You'd simply rather not carry a 25kg+ ebike anywhere
