Returns & Warranty
All our e-bikes and E-Scooters come with 12 months warranty on all electronic parts (including battery, motor, controller, display) and also 1-2 year warranty on the bike or scooter frame.
Due to the nature of goods, Pedl does not extend warranty past the original buyer.
Apart from manufacture defects that could be present, parts that wear due to normal use (such as tyres, brake pads, chains, etc) are not included in the warranty but maybe replaced on a case by case basis within the first 3 months.
An outgoing goods inspection is always carried out before the goods are delivered, but we recommend that you inspect the delivered goods after you receive them. Should you notice any damage, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can discuss the next steps with you.
If you notice any packaging and/or transport damage on delivery, we ask you to have this confirmed in writing by the carrier upon delivery and to notify us. We recommend that you keep the damaged packaging as evidence wherever possible.
PEDL will allow a return for store credit, exchange product or refund provided the item in question is
- returned within 14 days of receiving the order
- new and is not used, worn, or opened and has all original packaging and tags in-tact (including any package seals (if any) being unbroken);
- in a resalable condition, and
- not damaged in any way
Freight charges on “change of mind” returns will be covered by the buyer.
We cannot accept return items that come in sealed packages or boxes where seals are damaged or broken
Due to the associated transactional costs from the use of Afterpay and Humm, any order cancelled using either payment method will attract a 6% processing fee. Swapping to another product with PEDL will not attract any cancellation fee
