This is the responsibility of the rider and Pedl will not be liable for any injury caused by improper assembly which includes misalignment and bolts not being checked for the correct tightness.
    • It is the responsibility of the user to read and fully understand the literature provided by Pedl via email at sale for this product when purchased. This information includes, Battery care, Maintenance information and Warranty Information.
    • Range and speed of this product will vary based on variables such as weight, terrain, degree of incline, wind, battery age, battery charge, speed reached and all other variables that would affect travel.

These issues are typically due to the natural settling of components during shipping and are considered a normal part of the assembly process. As such, these adjustments are not covered under Pedlā€™s warranty.
      For best performance, we recommend that you have your bike assembled or inspected by a professional bike technician.
