- PedL will allow a return for store credit, exchange product or refund provided the item in question is returned within 7 days.
- All our E-Bikes and E-Scooters come with 12 months warranty on all electronic and mechanical parts (including battery, motor, controller, display, suspension, wheels) and also 1-2 year warranty on the bike or scooter frame.

- All products that are shipped are checked by the manufacturer and by Pedl mechanics however it is important that all bolts and screws on products are checked and tightened during assembly and before embarking on your first ride. This is the responsibility of the rider and Pedl will not be liable for any injury caused by improper assembly which includes misalignment and bolts not being checked for the correct tightness.

It is not uncommon for gears to be slightly misaligned, brake discs to rub, mudguards to be misaligned, or other adjustments to be needed after assembly. These issues are typically due to the natural settling of components during shipping and are considered a normal part of the assembly process. As such, these adjustments are not covered under Pedl’s warranty.
