    Warranty

    • Leon Cycle provides 1-year warranty on all electronic parts (including battery, motor, controller, display, lights)
    • Leon Cycle provides 2-year warranty on the bike frame. For more warranty information visit our FAQS.
    • Apart from manufacture defects that could be present, parts that wear due to normal use (such as tires, brake pads, chains, spokes, freewheel, tire puncture etc) are not included in the warranty but maybe replaced on a case by case basis within the first 6 months.     • Our bikes are water resistant but not waterproof. Water damage is not covered under warranty.

    Notes

    In order to ensure our high quality standard, our bicycles are subjected to a functional test at the factory. This can lead to dust deposits on the tyres and the seat post. Our bikes are only delivered pre-assembled, a final fine adjustment and inspection by the buyer or a third party is necessary (costs incurred for this cannot be covered). Before riding, please check all screws for strength and carry out a fine adjustment of the gears and brakes. Check the tyre pressure. For more information. Visit our Youtube channel for Assembly and New Arrivals Videos. Depending on the bicycle model, the final assembly and inspection of the components should take between 60 and 90 minutes.

    IMPORTANT NOTICE:
    The laws around the use of scooters/e-bikes on public lands, roads and areas vary from state to state.
    We recommend you always check your local council and road traffic laws prior to using a scooter/e-bike to ensure you are aware of any restrictions that may affect the use of motorised vehicles.
    Always use appropriate protective riding equipment such as an approved helmet and suitable clothing.

    • All our E-Bikes and E-Scooters come with 12 months warranty on all electronic and mechanical parts (including battery, motor, controller, display, suspension, wheels) and also 1-2 year warranty on the bike or scooter frame.
    • If the product is damaged you can let us know at contact@pedl.com.au.
    • Please ensure that you keep the box/packaging for your product in case the item needs to be returned.

    • All products that are shipped are checked by the manufacturer and by Pedl mechanics however it is important that all bolts and screws on products are checked and tightened during assembly and before embarking on your first ride. This is the responsibility of the rider and Pedl will not be liable for any injury caused by improper assembly which includes misalignment and bolts not being checked for the correct tightness.
    • It is the responsibility of the user to read and fully understand the literature provided by Pedl via email at sale for this product when purchased. This information includes, Battery care, Maintenance information and Warranty Information.
    • Range and speed of this product will vary based on variables such as weight, terrain, degree of incline, wind, battery age, battery charge, speed reached and all other variables that would affect travel.
    • Pedl advertises and sells its products for the purpose of recreational use. Each state and territory in Australia maintains a different set of rules and regulations for the usage of our products. It is the responsibility of users to ride with caution, wear a helmet and protective gear during use, and ensure compliance with local by-laws including requirements of use. Any information or representation provided by Pedl is of a general nature and may vary between users depending on individual circumstances.
    • Please note that while we ensure all our bikes are carefully assembled and inspected before shipment, some minor adjustments may still be required. It is not uncommon for gears to be slightly misaligned, brake discs to rub, mudguards to be misaligned, or other adjustments to be needed after assembly. These issues are typically due to the natural settling of components during shipping and are considered a normal part of the assembly process. As such, these adjustments are not covered under Pedl’s warranty.
      For best performance, we recommend that you have your bike assembled or inspected by a professional bike technician.
