UPGRADED BRAKES
The DNA features our enhanced braking system, engineered specifically for Fatboy bikes. Instead of generic components, the 4-piston calipers use metal-sintered pads and custom cooling fins to maintain performance during high-speed or heavy-use situations.
Matched with Fatboy-designed brake levers and heavy-duty 203mm discs—now 2.9mm thick—the system provides stronger, more durable and more controlled stopping power every time you ride.
SIMPLY SINGLE SPEED
The DNA V3 uses a clean, single-speed drivetrain that keeps riding effortless and upkeep minimal. With no gears to worry about, every ride feels smooth and consistent. The gearing is optimized for the motor, giving you easy takeoff and steady cruising without fuss or clutter.
All Fatboy Bikes models deliver a maximum continuous output of 250 watts at 20 km/h, or 500 watts at 25 km/h, with a maximum load of 180 kg. In Fatboy Bikes’ view, this aligns with EPAC guidelines. Throttles are for private property use only and must be switched off when riding in public.

- Range and speed of this product will vary based on variables such as weight, terrain, degree of incline, wind, battery age, battery charge, speed reached and all other variables that would affect travel.

- Please note that while we ensure all our bikes are carefully assembled and inspected before shipment, some minor adjustments may still be required. It is not uncommon for gears to be slightly misaligned, brake discs to rub, mudguards to be misaligned, or other adjustments to be needed after assembly. These issues are typically due to the natural settling of components during shipping and are considered a normal part of the assembly process. As such, these adjustments are not covered under Pedl’s warranty.
